Approach to Care
1. Person-First Planning
We don’t use a "one size fits all" model. Every resident has a bespoke support plan tailored to their unique communication style, sensory needs, and personal goals.
2. Sensory-Safe Spaces
We design homes that reduce anxiety. This means neutral decor, quiet zones, and layout adjustments that minimize sensory overload.
3. Active Support
We do things with our residents, not for them. From cooking meals to managing budgets, we provide the tools to build real-life independence.
4. Community Connection
Life happens outside the home. We actively support residents in finding local jobs, attending college, or joining social clubs to ensure they stay connected and valued.
