Our operations are guided by person-centred planning, clear communication, safe and respectful practices, and a commitment to empowering individuals within their specific living environment – whether that's one of our nurturing homes, a supported living setting, or their own residence.

At Rubix Care, we fulfil our aims by nurturing strong collaborations with a network of specialist services and partner organisations, ensuring access to a broad range of expert support. We offer targeted, person-centred assistance designed to empower individuals to confront past challenges, enhance their inherent strengths, and pursue their personal goals and interests.
