What We Are Offering

Elmcroft Children’s Home provides specialized care and modern facilities designed for children aged 9 to 17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Comprehensive Support Services

  • Educational Excellence: We maintain an expectation of full-time education or training, providing access to mainstream schooling, online learning, or tailored SEN provisions.
  • Specialist Health Care: Our team collaborates with clinical psychologists, art therapists, and nurses to meet complex emotional and psychological needs.
  • Mentoring & Life Skills: We provide 1:1 mentoring, life coaching, and financial literacy training to prepare children for fulfilling futures.
  • Emergency & Planned Placements: We offer robust admissions processes for both long-term stability and same-day emergency referrals.

Modern Home Facilities

  • High-Standard Accommodation: A well-equipped home featuring three individual, personalised bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy.
  • Engaging Communal Areas: A shared lounge, communal kitchen, and a "Zen garden" where children participate in planting and skill development.
  • Enriched Activity Programme: Access to a wide range of pursuits, including swimming, go-karting, sports, cultural trips, and music lessons.
  • Safe & Secure Environment: 24-hour support with at least two waking night staff members on shift every night to ensure continuous safety
